I have a credit on my account of $-79.28 on my last bill and I have since left Fido. I read on a previous forum that Fido will send a reimbursement to the home address. This has not yet occurred. When will this have to happen and how do I get this actioned?
The refund is sent via cheque 3 weeks from the date of your final invoice in some cases it can take up to 6 weeks before the cheque arrives.
If you made the payments by a card you can also contact customer support and ask them to refund the payment to the card but you have to make the request before the cheque is sent out.
