deactivating account

Hi there, I need to cancel my fido account since im leaving Canada soon.  Fido sale representative told me that i need to call customer  service to cancel. but my English is not good, can you tell me what information i will need to provide(e.g., account number, name etc..) in order to cancel the account, so that I will be prepared to answer their questions on the phone?

I'm sad to see you're going to be leaving us. When calling in to our customer support team they'll need your mobile or account number. They'll also need to ask you a couple of authentication questions. 

 

You can also do this online through with either our Social Media or live chat teams, as found on our Contact Us page here: www.fido.ca/consumer/contact-us
