Hi there, I need to cancel my fido account since im leaving Canada soon.  Fido sale representative told me that i need to call customer  service to cancel. but my English is not good, can you tell me what information i will need to provide(e.g., account number, name etc..) in order to cancel the account, so that I will be prepared to answer their questions on the phone?

Kindly use this as an instruction to deactivate and block my Fido line 6723388595..I'm out of the country and I don't know when I will be coming back. Thnks

  Welcome to the community!

 

  I replied to your other post here. As mentioned in both my reply and the solution below, you would need to contact customer service in order to cancel your services. I understand FidoPierre had offered to provide assistance via PM, however, the information in this thread is quite old now. The community is no longer a venue for customer services.

I'm sad to see you're going to be leaving us. When calling in to our customer support team they'll need your mobile or account number. They'll also need to ask you a couple of authentication questions.
