Regarding prepaid refill

I have recently transferred my number from postpade to prepaid.I am not able to refill any amount.I am currently in india and i am not able to call any customer care agent of fido regarding prepaid services.Kindly help me out.

voice message time wrong

When reviewing my voice messages through the phone, it's registering them at odd times. It's stating a boice message came in at 00:14 but it actually came in at 1:30 pm. Is there a timezone change i need to make somewhere?
