Myself and many people I know are not receiving many of the texts that are sent to them. Reseting devices has not fixed the problem.

Text notification for data usage

So, I signed up for 30GB , increasing from 3GB, effective May 22, 2021 yet I just received a notice that I've reached 90% or more of my monthly data. Just checked and I have 26.32 GB left. Why am I receiving the notices? Don't want a shock on my bill...
