I'm sort of confused to why I got an exsclusive offer of 25 g of data for 55 dollars a month. my previous phone plan was 45 dollars a month and 4 g of data unlimted call and text . So obviously I was going to upgrade for just 10 dollars more a month....

How to contact the ombudsman

I am wanting the email or contact for the ombudsman to issue a formal complaint. Why is this so hard with Fido, any other phone company it is pretty easy to navigate on formal complaints.
