Live Chat Not working?

I tried to use the live chat today and the following message appeared in the window.  Anyone also experienced the same?   "We’re really sorry we can’t assist you, something went wrong. Let’s go get you a Live Chat agent."

Data Cycle moved to another date in the future

Resolved! Merge two accounts - both up for renewal
