I cant get any support. Since friday!

All I need. Is to send back this GIMUNGUS S20 ULTRA HUGE PHONE. I WANT TO TRADE IT FOR AN S20. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN STORE. NO WAY OF TALKING TO ANYONE ON A PHONE. I HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON 2 TIMES WHILE ON HOLD.This is frustrating. Big waste of time.

Resolved! Voicemail Text Notifications

Hello, I notice I stopped recieving voicemail notification texts suddenly for over a week nowMy voicemail is set up and callers are able to leave voicemails but I don't get the notification text anymore? Anyone else experienced this issue?
