Validation team

I've been trying to teach the validation team for 2 days...I've spent over 5 hours on hold. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. In order to upgrade my phone I need to speak to them first and the agent told me she can't promise the same deal will be active. 
this makes ZERO SENSE
