I need to cancel my contract

I try so many time to cancel my contract. Nobody never answer me and now they ask me to pay the latest bill. I already left the country.

How do I finish my account with Fido? Can I do it online, or do I have to go to store. I cannot find anything on line. Really not happy with Fido since I started my contract. Now it is up, I am off to Kudo.

Voicemail doesnt detect my phone number

Whenever I call voicemail number +14168216549, and I enter the mybphone number, I get the message "the phone number is not recognized". Please help. This is affecting my work a lot.
