system error adding a new line

Tried to add a new line and on the last step t confirm order it fails.  I tried different browsers and same thing.  Very frustrated since I wanted to pickup my phone at Fido store. Let me know if this is an easy fix or not. ThanksSergio

No notification for international roaming

very unhappy with FIDO charging me 300 CAD for international roaming for using data without even sending a daily notification. I am done with FIDO, could you pls let me know how to port to freedom?
