Resolved! Monthly add on problem

I got a monthly add on of 20 dollars and I canceled after 1 month. However, I am still be charged!! This is the second bill I have been charged after cancelling. Could anyone help?

FIDO WEB MAIL

Fido webmailAnyone know the address to log into my @fido.ca email account? Can’t seem to find it any more but I still get email to text on my phone, so I know mail is still going there.It used to be something like webmail.fido.ca/login.php
