I don't recommend people taking Fido's winback offer. I was offered a $100 credit for each of my phone lines. It's now been 4 months later and multiple calls to customer service, and still no credits on my account. The Fido customer service reps say they can only fill out a request form and the winback team has to call me back directly. This is a very frustrating process. Had I known I would not have switched from Telus, as it hasn't been worth the hassle.
