I'm curious why my phone plan increase 5 bucks with all 3 numbers in the account.That's $15 increase per month and there was no notifications about this happening, no explanation. What's going on Fido?

Switch to new $50 Phone Plan

Hello, I am not able to switch to the new promotion plan of $50/mo with 5GB of data. When I try to get the plan, i get prompted to login. Once I login, the promotion plan isn't on the list. Does this mean this plan is not being offered anymore?

Resolved! Itemized Bill for Jan 2020

Fido has not provided an itemized billing for the Jan 2020 and Feb 2020 invoice of my account.These are exceptions to other month and I have no way to reach them.Could someone advice?
