Changing plan

There is a data plan for $10 less a month and double the data I am currently getting. Can I switch to that plan even though I'm 6 months into a 2 year contract?

Fido refund hasn't been Received

How long does it takes for a refund amount to be credited to the bank account?!. My down payment for an cancelled phone order hasn't arrived yet in my bank account after 4 days. How long should I wait for to get the refund??..
