Resolved! Data delayed by 12 hours

I changed my phone plan this month to the 4GB $55 and since then my data has stopped working and it says "data delayed by 12 hours on my dashboard.

How to speak to a real person

Is there any way to speak to a live agent? Jack has no answer. Agents on Jack chat disappeared 3 times. No option available to schedule a call back. No option on 611 to speak to someone. Thanks for any help.

Dropped calls

Can somebody help me with my dropped calls? I cannot run a business like this. I will not be with Fido tomorrow morning. If this continues I can tell you that it has been all day dropped calls all day long.
