Not receiving the promised price for plan

I switched to fido at the end of February, and I was promised a $35 + 20GB plan. I have been contacting fido chat every month since then, because every month the bill was wrong, and I got charged $50.00 dollar. Attached is the most recent conversation I received from Fido, and this month I am still being charged $50.00.

Yeah, I should have called them in the first place, but I did want to keep something in writing. I just called and was told the adjustment will be made in a few days. I will check again by then.

That is strange that the discount is not showing up on your invoice, I would suggest you call and speak to a customer service agent on the phone as I find the chat agents have limited capabilities.
