Resolved! Paid same bill twice

I paid my internet bill twice and it posted on my credit card twice. I went through three support reps telling me to reach out to my bank but my bank says to reach out to fido.     Anyone know how I can get my money back or at least get it credited?

Calling a US - Toll Free number

If I'm in Canada, and my plan does not allow me to call the US, will I be charged even if I call a US Toll free number? 1-855-245-3311 (ie. NY Citibike support)
