FORMAL COMPLAINT - Fido please look into the first call centre agent I spoke with who was completely rude and unhelpful and totally messed up the phone transfer/port request for the two lines I activated. Total disaster. Needs to be retrained extensively or fired. Unacceptable. Have cancelled my Fido account and x2 lines and will never return.
