Resolved! Fido not giving my right amount of data

Last year I moved up to from 2 gigs of data to 20 gigs data. Now I usually don't use over 2 so I didn't really notice until recent that fido still cuts me off at 2 gigs, even though I pay for 20. I even reset the limit on my phone so it says 20 gigs ...

Negative balance

Good afternoon. Can you please advise me, I can't understand why my balance is minus 177 dollars? I have deposited several times but my balance is negative all the time. Thank you.
