Why do you say that? I understand Fido no longer offers the Fido XTRA perks, however, the 5 Hours of data was always separate from that program. I believe the 5 Hours of Extra Data is still ongoing (see here). In fact, I just tried to initiate a session just now and it seemed to let me:
Note that I didn't actually start the session, but if the program had ended, I think it would note the program had ended.
Do you no longer see the option for the 5 Hours of Data in your My Account app? You might consider uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it reappears.
