Resolved! Can’t see my bill

Hi everyone. I can't see my bill for the month of November on the fido app. My billing cycle gets updated on 26th of every month. But am unable to see my latest bill.

I have been getting messages frequently saying about a fido alert that I have got a billing error from fido solutions inc. That has resulted in a payment of 73.12$ and they have been credited to my account. What to do?

I just got a call from someone claiming to be from Fido. The number is 647-822-5993. They said they were going to decrease the amount of my bill for next month since people have been complaining of high bills and are leaving. Is this legit or a scam?...
