Resolved! view usage not showing message usage for 56/57 plan customers

since i switched to this plan, i am not able to track my message usage anymore when i click open section, all i see is "there's no usage occurred since the beginning of billing cycle"   if my plan is unlimited, shouldn't it say unlimited instead of n...

Waiting forever for Motorola Razr HD

I I ordered my phone on November 29, and I'm still waiting. I call customer service and they  just told me that  this phone is on backorder NO date .. nothing !!!! to whom I need to talk ??????     ***Edited to add labels***
