Prepaid Talk & Text for 10¢ Plan

I'm trying to understand how it works: Since the plan is $10 a month (+0.75 9-1-1 fee), I need to refill at least $10.75 that month and  every text and minute is deducted from that balance? At the end of the month, if I don't use any of the services does my balance carry over like the 30¢ anytime prepaid?

Hey Moocakes!

The $10 for $0.10 rate is a prepaid Pay-Per-Month plan. Therefore, you have to pay $10 ( plus $0.75 for the 911 fee) to have access to the special $0.10 rate and then, you may add more money in your account to benefit from the said rate.

For example, if in a month, you were to use 50 minutes and 25 text messages, you would be billed:

- $10 for the plan
- $0.75 for the 911 fee
- $5 for the minutes used
- $2.50 for the text messages used

Total: $18.25 for that month.
