Cant connect to my Data

So i have an LG Gossip and i bought 100MB with my fido dollars online the other day. but its wont connect me. It tell me i have to buy a weekly/daily/monthly data pass everything time i try to use it. Can anyone help me?     ***Edited to add labels**...
