my account balence keep showing 0 even i haven't pay for this month

Thanks! Once the billing cycle is over, it can take up to 6 days for the new bill to be out! Keep an eye on Fido.ca, it shouldn't be much longer
That would mostly depend on your billing date. Also note that there can be a delay of a few days before the new balance appears on Fido.ca.
Do you know what your billing date is?
Do you see the balance at $0 on Fido.ca or on Fido My Account app?
If you use the self serve and call *28, do you have the right balance?
