I logged in to my account, it showed different numbers

I wanted to check my bills, and then I succesfully logged in to my account, but it didn't show my own number. Instead it showed 2 numbers that I don't recognized. What should I do?

I just got a cell phone through the mail Nd I logged on to Fido.ca
N can't seem to register it

Its most likely a glitch because Fido is doing work to the website.
