Bought two lines under one account, only one number shows in My Account.

I bought two lines under one account. I need to transfer my existing numbers from Rogers to Fido. But only one of the two new numbers showed up in My Account. Called & talked to Support multiple times for hours without resolve. I can't transfer my old number & am paying for both old & new numbers in the mean time.  Any suggestion is welcome.

Hi there @Kevin22Ip , you could try messaging fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook to create a dialog through private messaging. That way there's no waiting on the phone, you will have a record of your conversation and the customer service representative will have the time to investigate your issue.
