Ukknown account showing and potential fraud

First I would like to express the disappointness to Fido customer service. Being hold for hours without anyone answering what's going on. There is an unknown phone number and account with the same person's name showing on my account. I have no idea if it's fraud or just technical issue. No one can answer. Can anyone direct me who we can get help with?

  I can understand finding an unknown phone number showing on your account can be alarming. I also understand you have been trying to contact customer service. However, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
