I have never had so much headache with a Phone service provider EVER! I paid my bill ON TIME but still was charged with late payment charges. Customer service (floor supervisor) would not reimburse me and instead gave me lame excuses and offered me other options which I don't even use OR need.
I am so dissatisfied with Fido right now. I will NOT renew my contract with them and will warn all my family and friends of their very unsatisfactory service. At least with the other providers they help to keep their customers happy. Fido didn't even try!
Disappointed for sure.....

How did you pay your bill? I understand you paid your bill on time, however, had you allowed sufficient time for Fido to receive that payment before the deadline? You should note that depending on your method of payment, it can take a number of days for the payment to be received by Fido (see here). If you made payment on the due date by a method where Fido did not receive payment until later, that payment would be considered late.
