When does my data reset

My Cycle ended today and it shows that new cycle starts in 27 days. As my internet usage of my previous cycle exceeded the limit, I want to know if I can use the internet with new cycle without any extra charges? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Firstly, you should note that the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. Did you request a temporary suspension or were your services suspended for non-payment?

 

  If you requested a temporary suspension and would now like to resume your services, you would need to contact customer service. As far as I am aware, I think you might be able to manage your temporary suspension via your My Account --> View Usage & Manage. From your Dashboard, the option to Manage temporary suspension is near the bottom of the page, under Quick Actions. If you are unable to do so online, you would need to contact customer service.

 

  On the other hand, if your services were suspended due to non-payment, you will likely need to contact their Credit Operations team to have them remove the suspension and make a payment arrangement. It should be mentioned that a payment arrangement may not be available in some situations. In addition, you should note that there will likely also be a fee to restore your account (see here).

 

  If you wish to discuss the matter you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Though you would still likely need to contact the Credit Operations team to remove the suspension.

Hi, i paid my bill a day after I was supposed to and I was running out of data but the paused my data. So i don't understand why, since I already paid for the month.

Your usage should reset when you start your new month. You can see how many days you have left until your next cycle on the Fido app or online on our website.

 

Just to confirm, is your mobile data still paused at the moment? Also, what is your bill cycle's date?

I was wondering that as well does are data rest the day of are billing date even if you pay for it before

@Rohan20rj then you should have access to your full data today. Fido site is usually a couple hours behind and they also do maintenance around midnight.
