Hello, my Fido account has been suspended during July 3 and August 26. However, I just received a bill for July and the billing amount is incorrect (I should only pay for 2 days in July). Please correct my bill.
I tried to call +1-514-925-4590 (free dial service from abroad) but it didn't work.

If you wished assistance with your matter, you would need to contact customer service. I understand you tried to call their contact from abroad number. However, was that using your device or an alternate device or landline? If your line is suspended, you would not be able to use any services. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
