I know the collections and payments department is open 24 hours a day. Anyone know it (in Canada if that matters) so I can reach them?

I returned calls many times to credit operations but its only prompt voice on how to make a payment.i want to speak with the real persons coz i have concerns that needs to be address from the real agent

Although we do provide tons of method to reach us in order to take a payment arrangement, our Credit Operations department is not open 24/7. You can reach them at 1-888-481-3436 or call *732 from your Fido device.

Their business hours are:

Monday to Friday: 7 am to midnight EST

Saturday: 7:30 am to 9 pm EST

Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm EST
