Sim card error

So I'm changing my moms fido phone from a Samsung galaxy s5 to a Samsung a70

I log in type the old sim card and then the new one and click update my sim card and I get an error message saying sorry that is not the sim number that is associated to your phone number please try again. I made sure I typed in both sim numbers in the appropriate fields correctly can anyone help solve this problem I'm having?

Did you follow all the instructions to change it online found here?

Make sure to validate the SIM card number. It's a 20-digit number on the front or back of the card that starts with 89302.
