Hi There,

 

Got weird email from support@marusurveys.com

It said from Maru Blue on behalf of Fido. Is this scam??

Hey everyone!

 

After having looked into it, we confirm that those surveys are legitimate and were sent by our research team to some of our customers.

Welcome to the community!

 

Fido does send out surveys from time to time after you contact them for feedback so depending on the content of the email it is most likely valid.

I just got the same email as well. How did they know my email and that I was a Fido customer if it wasn't sent on behalf of FIDO?

We can assure you that the email was not sent by us or on behalf of us.

 

We'd suggest that you report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
