I just saw the plan changed to 60GB for no reason I thought it’s a promotion Fido gave me because I've used Fido for 2 years, but no, there's more to pay for no reason. I’m confused! I saw there's $1700 in my account is the remaining balance, I checked my bank there's no charge, is this a bug? ?? there's a line 2, it's not my name, not my number, but I didn't charge for this, Is there someone who experienced it?  Is this a bug or fraud? No agents response on customer service online.I’m worried I can't changed my plan back to original through my account, is there's a technically issued in fido account?

  Sorry to hear of your situation. It sounds like your account may have been compromised. You should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. You would need to contact customer service to report the fraudulent activity. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Once in contact with them, they will likely refer you to their Fraud department and/or Verification/Validation team in order to get it sorted. They should be able to provide you with the proper numbers.
