Voicemail message

Hi,

My voicemail number was deleted and replaced with +1 587-737-0210 and I received a message with (voicemail 2 New 0 Urgent). This is being stuck on my screen and I tried many times to delete it from the settings but it comes up again. It's now almost 3 months and I don't received any voice messages. HELP!

Were you able to fix this problem since your post? If not, can you answer the following please:

1. What kind of phone are you using and do you have the latest OS version for it installed?

2. What kind of voicemail package do you have with us?

3. Are you able to access your voicemails at all?
