I come seeking if there is a button to press to know what time and day the voicemail was left at?
or a number it came from? so I know who left what voicemail.. 'hey call me back, '
is just nothing?? Does Fido have this feature? I pressed 1-4 and then Fido dropped the VM call. Lol

I'm not sure whether the system has been updated, however, you might consider trying to press '5' to access the voicemail header (date, time, caller's number)(see here and here).
