So typical: the link just points to a general web page where you can find places to chat or phone, as if anyone who ends up here wouldn't have already been there and done that. To rub salt into the wound, this link forgets your user ID which seems to be fido deflection tactic #1 - during one extended phone call I was ID'd 5 times.
