Hi, I've got a billing issue with Fido and have lodged a complaint. Is there an escalation process? I could'nt find anything on their website.

Welcome to the community!
You would first need to contact customer service and if they can not help then ask to speak to a manager and if the problem still can not be resolved then you can ask to be contacted by someone from the office of the president.
Unfortunately, you can not bypass customer service they will be the ones to send the request to the office of the president and then someone will reach out to you.
