I upgraded my phone online a couple days ago; got the confirmation email, plus my plan change email. But still no tracking number email. I called customer service and they said they no long will be getting the phone I ordered in, even though I got a confirmation email when I ordered it. They said it's first come first serve but I ordered it while it was still in stock. I also tried to upgrade to a different phone they had in stock but my account says upgrade pending still from the one I did a couple days ago. Please help
