Hello,
I was trying to upgrade my phone but once i clicked on submit, an error page appreared .I tried again immediately and now its saying thats upgrade is pending but i didnt recieve any email saying that my phone upgrade was successful.Can someone help me with this?

Can you check your spam/junk mail folder to see if the confirmation email went there?
If not I would suggest you reach out to customer service and they can look at your account and let you know what is happening.
