Prepaid Expiry Date by Credit Card

hi, my expiry dates were oct 18, 2020 & then oct 15, 2021. 

i called to ur hotline in 2020 & was told that even i pre-paid earlier than oct 18, 2020 (for 1 year), i would still have my new expiry date extended to oct 18, 2021.

yet it was not when i pre-paid on oct 15, 2020.  my new expiry date is oct 15, 2021.

my question is if i pre-pay earlier again this year, e.g. on oct 13, 2021 instead of oct 15, what will be my new expiry date?

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear you were provided with some incorrect information back in 2020. As you might be aware, the different top-up values have differing expiry dates (see here). If you are topping-up your account with the $100 value, the expiry date is 365 days from when you purchase the top-up. Note that it does not extend your previous expiry date by that same amount.

  In your example, if you purchased the top-up on Oct 13, 2021, your expiry date would be 365 days later on Oct 13, 2022 (see here).
