I am writing to express my disappointment with the pricing discrepancy between long-term customers like myself and new customers.
As a loyal customer of over four years, I am currently paying $49 per month for a plan that offers only 22GB of data. Additionally, I have a financed phone that is supposed to be $0 per month.
However, upon reviewing your current offers for new customers, I was shocked to discover significantly lower prices. New customers are being offered plans such as 50GB for $34 per month, or even 120GB for $55 per month.
Even more concerning is the "upgrade your phone" offer, where new customers are offered 50GB for $45 per month, while I am only offered 120GB for $55 per month, which is far more data than I need.
Despite my loyalty to Fido, it seems that there is no reward for being a long-term customer, as I am not offered any cheaper plans, despite these offers being available to new customers.
I urge you to review your pricing policies and consider offering fairer rates to your loyal, long-term customers. It is disheartening to feel undervalued and overlooked in this way.
