Unable to see phone plan in my account

Hi all,

I am a long time Fido home internet customer with an existing "My Account" profile. I recently switched over to Fido for my mobile phone plan as well, however I can't seem to link this information. When I log in, all I see is my home internet. I chatted with an agent who says I need to regsiter the account, but it won't let me use the same email. I have an email confirmation with all the mobile plan details, but nothing shows up in my account.

How do I register the mobile phone plan so that I see it all in the same place?

Hey @djst ,

 

You should be able to add your new wireless account from your home internet account on fido.ca or the app. You can follow these steps.

 

On fido.ca

 

  1. Sign into My Account (home internet)
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Linked Accounts, select Link Another Account.
  4. Select the type of account to add.
  5. Enter the account information.
    • For Wireless or internet services:
      • 9-digit account number (can be found in the online billing SMS notification or service agreement)
      • Postal code associated with the account

On the app

 

  1. Sign into the My Account app.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Profile & Settings and then Edit next to LOG IN
    • You will be redirected to fido.ca.
    • Follow steps above.
