I'm unable to add a new line to my account. I have an error message once i want to do that. I have contacted customer service and they told me they have same message. can I get some help here

There is indeed a limit of lines on each account, which can be of only 1, depending on the credit evaluation result.
However, you can contact us and we'll be happy to verify if we can approve another line on your account.
We can also send you a PM through the Community, should that work best for you!
