I'm sorry to hear that you're currently unable to use your service.
A few thing to consider:
- Has the service possibly be suspended for non-payment or because you've hit your credit limit?
- Did you try to remove the SIM card and re-enter it in the phone?
- Have you tried to insert the SIM card in another device to see if you get the same result?
