I recently switched to Fido Internet and also switched my cell phone from Koodo to Fido. With my current Fido login I can see my internet account but can't see my phone account. I want to add my phone account to my current Fido login so I can easiliy see both and not have to create a new email address so I can login for my phone. Is this possible?
After waiting for hours / chatting / disccounting with human agent they said this is not possible.
Is this true?
