Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): no longer working in data/tablet only plans?

I regularly access my Fido account and never had any issues until today in receiving 2FA codes from FIdo (all other non-Fido SMS are blocked).


I contacted support and they're not aware, but I'm not sure if that's truly the case. 


I've performed the usual troubleshooting steps (rebooting device, removing SIM and more) but this isn't the problem Fido isn't sending 2FA to access my Fido account any longer, at least not today. As such, I can't make billing address changes to my account. 


Hi @Confusedhere , I understand that you have done the usual troubleshooting for your device,  did you try disabling 2FA and then reactivate it? It seems you have tried everything else, if that doesn't work you may have to contact technical support again for more vigorous troubleshooting. Here are the links in case you need them.
