I've run into a bit of a problem, my apartment building itself is recognized as a valid billing address, as are over a hundred individual units within, but unfortunately mine is not on the list. I can't update my billing address even though the current one listed is one I haven't lived at in years. Is there any support staff who could add my address in manually so I can update? Thanks in advance.

That's odd! Have you tried updating the address on My Account the app or rather online on fido.ca? Can you try both and let us know if it worked on any one of the 2?
